The order process

Book your tasting

We offer custom-made tastings so you can get the full experience of your special cake. $100 for an in-person consultation in your home or at Upside on Moore. It’s $60 for three 4” cakes you can pick up and try at home. For tasting cake deliveries, charges do apply. If you’d like to try more than three, it’s $20 per additional cake. Don’t see a flavor you like? Frost & Flourish is happy to create custom flavors!

We will plan a discovery call (by phone or virtual) so Frost & Flourish can discuss your wants and desires for the cake of your dreams. We can schedule a consultation tasting or discuss pickup for your at-home tasting. At Frost & Flourish, we take your inspiration and create a work of edible art. We consistently learn new techniques to bring you the latest and tastiest trends in our confections.

Cancellation Policy

You can decrease the number of servings up to 2 weeks before your party, or increase the number of servings within reason up to 1 week prior. You may receive a 100% refund if you cancel with a full 2 weeks' notice before your party, and a 50% refund if you cancel with 1 week's notice.

Wedding Cakes:

You can decrease the number of servings up to 4 weeks before your wedding, or increase the number of servings within reason up to 2 weeks before the event. You may receive a 100% refund if you cancel with a full 4 weeks' notice before your wedding, or 50% if canceled up to 2 weeks prior. You may receive a 100% refund (but not the delivery fee) if the cake does not meet your expectations, but you do not get to keep the cake. Wewill take it back. We do not give partial refunds if you decide to keep the cake.
